The entire system operates fully automatically, with multiple efficient waste heat recovery methods to minimize production energy consumption. And lithium bromide air conditioning has been installed. The operation of this equipment is based on the gas production characteristics and waste heat steam conditions of the RTO system. During the production process, the RTO device needs a period of time to produce steam on its own. However, the process requires early supply of cold water to ensure the normal operation of the factory. Based on the comprehensive characteristics of the thin film process, a dual energy mode of electric refrigeration and waste heat refrigeration can be adopted to ensure the demand for production cooling in both the early and later stages of production, and to minimize the cost of refrigeration operation, bringing substantial efficiency improvement to the enterprise.
